"change" in the context of process plants, how change can be
managed, and what needs to be done to meet regulatory requirements,
particularly the OSHA process safety standard, 29 CFR 1910.119. It
includes sections on how to arganize and run a Management of Change
program, understand and define Safe Operating Limits, incorporate the
informal aspects of change management, and link Management of Change with
other elements of process safety.
