implementing agencies that are required by the Risk Management Program
regulation to conduct audits. It is designed as a tool for auditors
reviewing industry compliance with the Risk Management Program
Regulation. However, this guidance does not reflect all requirements
that a stationary source must meet to be in compliance with the
regulation.
