| US EPA has an online query tool for Risk Management Plans submitted under Section 112(r) of the Clean Air Act. Initially posted to the Internet on June 30, 1999, it contains the risk management plans reported by facilities that are subject to the Clean Air Act, Section 112(r). However, in compliance with the Chemical Safety Information, Site Security and Fuels Regulatory Relief Act (August 5, 1999), which exempts the offsite consequence analysis (OCA) data sections from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and limits its public availability, RMP*Info does not contain the OCA data sections. In addition, executive summaries of Risk Management Plans are also available, courtesy of the Right-to-Know (RTK) Network. This link has been deactivated pending further information from EPA. The Vulnerable Zone Indicator System (VZIS) is also available to let people know whether a given address in the U.S. lies within a vulnerable zone (i.e., the Worst Case Scenario among submitted Risk Management Plans).
